Policies

1.  We accept patients by appointment.  However, during office hours if you have an emergency, we will do our best to work you in with one of our physicians.  If you have an emergency after hours, please go immediately to the emergency room, and the emergency room physician will contact the physician on call.

2.  Payment is expected at the time of service.  We accept Medicare, Medicaid and we are contracted with First Care and most PPO's in the area.

3.  We would like for you to be in the office 20 to 30 minutes early for your first appointment to give you time to fill out paperwork .  You can save that time if you complete our online form submission on the menu at the left or click here to go directly to the form.
